Me, me!!!

Not an outdoor person.. prefer to get buried beneath books, music and movies... has these strange philosophies about life that might puzzle you. At the same time, likes to live life. Loves simple people, especially those who veil their formidable knowledge behind humility (The poems here don't reflect my mind or anyone else's. Maybe, just a patch of what various people go through.)

Sepulchral charm

There is something about sadness that makes it more endearing than happiness.

Perhaps the fact that it seems more real, or for the reason that it has more depth.

Joy walks in with an element of dispossession in it, making you dance to its tunes.

It captures you in a trance just to transport you to a non-existent world.

Then, suddenly it vanishes without a trace, saddling you with just memories.

Whereas sorrow is an unwelcome guest who walks in hesitantly.

All along it teaches you to sift real from a heap of probabilities.

Yet we hate to own it, ignoring all its earnestness just to embrace an illusion.
